If you go to www.ticketmaster.com you will find an option which allows you to receive some advance notification of when they are going on sale. Even though, as of Wednesday afternoon, the Seattle date does not show, it was announced (according to my father who lives in metro Tacoma) in the Tacoma News Tribune. It is July 27th.
